Greek Yogurt Pancakes

 Hello Everyone!

Today I'm going to share my favorite pancakes recipe. It's very healthy and easy to cook.

So, let's start!

Greek Yogurt Pancakes๐Ÿ˜‹

Ingredients:

- 1 cup regular flour๐Ÿš

- 1 teaspoon baking powder๐Ÿ™

- 1/2 teaspoon baking pop

- Touch of salt

- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or enhanced, your decision!)๐Ÿฅฃ

- 1/2 cup milk (any caring you like)๐Ÿฅ›

- 1 huge egg๐Ÿฅš

- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup๐Ÿฏ

- 1 teaspoon vanilla concentrate

- Spread or oil for cooking

Instructions:

1. Mix Dry Ingredients:

In an enormous bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking pop, and salt. This will guarantee that every one of the dry fixings are uniformly dispersed for the ideal flapjack surface.

2. Combine Wet Ingredients:

In another bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, milk, egg, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla concentrate until smooth and all around joined. This smooth combination will add extravagance and flavor to your flapjacks.

3. Combine Wet and Dry:

Empty the wet fixings into the dry fixings and delicately overlay them together until recently joined. Be mindful so as not to overmix; a couple of bumps are thoroughly OK! This will keep your hotcakes light and soft.

4. Preheat Pan:

Intensity a non-stick skillet or iron over medium intensity and add a little margarine or oil to cover the surface. This will keep your flapjacks from staying and give them that scrumptious firm edge.

5. Cook Pancakes:

When the container is hot, pour around 1/4 cup of player for every flapjack onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles structure on a superficial level and the edges look set, around 2-3 minutes.

6. Flip and Cook:

Cautiously flip every flapjack with a spatula and cook for an extra 1-2 minutes on the opposite side, until brilliant brown and cooked through.

Garnish and enjoy!

Happy Cooking! ๐Ÿค—
